Quite simply, one of the UK's coolest, most creative and beautiful small towns. Has attitude in abundance. Great for a meander, decent cafes serving great coffee and a lot going on.

Road cycling

There are some lovely cafes here in Hebden Bridge. I rode from Manchester along the canal and it was a lovely ride and a very nice place to stop.
There is also a café on the canal tow path which is usually opens weekends and cater for cyclists called the Bicycle Den.
The pathways have recently been upgraded and very nice to ride on.
