This stele by Peter Fritzsche in the Lindenallee in Eisenhüttenstadt tells the fable "The Lion and the Mouse" by Ivan Andreyevich Krylow, who is considered the most important fable writer in Russian literature. Incidentally, there is exactly the same stele in the park on Weidendamm in Eberswalde: komoot.de/highlight/3291060 . I can't say which was there first.
