The Schäffler Bräu is a brewery founded in 1868 with attached inn in Missen, a district of the community Missen-Wilhams. It is already in the fifth and sixth generation in family ownership and is now run by Hanspeter and Sebastian Graßl. The brewery is located in the Allgäu between Immenstadt and Isny in the so-called "Bergstätt area" and is managed in the legal form of a limited partnership. Supplied with the beer specialties is not only the brewery inn, but also beverage markets, restaurants and private households within a radius of about 50 km
