Road bike circuit from Lechbruck to Murnau am StaffelseeThe part from Lechbruck via the Wieskirche to Bad Kohlgrub was very nice to drive on narrow streets. A mini piece (150 meters) of dirt road ...Shortly after Bad Kohlgrub via Murnau to Aidling, extremely heavy traffic and a cyclist invasion. On Whit Monday "after" Corona it was to be expected. I will avoid that part anyway, even if it is during the week :-)The route from Aidling via Rottenbuch follows a quiet country road to just before Steingaden. Top for slipstream driving! In the hinterland from Steingaden to Lechbruck there are only narrow streets! It's wonderfully beautiful there ... a 3 meter wide asphalt carpet through a well-kept green landscape ...

Nice tour on country roads and narrow streets. From Wolfegg it's 12 km (!) Very little and then increasingly steep downhill to Weingarten! Approx. 250 m! Road cycling delights !! :-)From Weingarten to Schlier then a gentle climb ... winding on new / top asphalt through the forest, uphill. Without traffic - nice! Then unfortunately we continue uphill on the country road until just before Vogt: a very nice place! ... with a good design! ... so to speak ... my opinion :-)Then over the villages: Karsee, Ratzenried, Engelharz, Gestratz and Maierhöfen to Kleinweilerhofen. This entire section of the route goes through narrow streets, curvy and humped, through the well-tended Allgäu region.

The tour goes over country roads and narrow streets. From Weiler in the direction of Sulzberg up approx. 5 km and 270 m ascent. Before Oberstaufen, at Vorder- Hinterreute there is a road construction site, so I had to turn around (rough gravel!). Then bad asphalt from the Alpenstrasse to Laufenegg. Steep ramp in front of Oberstaufen over the hamlet of Berg. The flat but busy Alpine road would be the alternative ...Very nice pieces: from the Alpenstrasse to Burkatshofen and the little road over hops. And also very nice past Maierhöfen and Isny to Friesenhofen. All narrow streets through wonderful landscape!

Nice round trip to the West and Upper Allgäu! For the most part, on narrow roads over Simmerberg, Oberstaufen, past the Alpsee. Currently, with very little traffic, up the Zaunberg and over Akams to the Niedersonhofener See. Finally about Wirlings auf'n Buchenberg.
Even without a "Mopet" I'm happy to open the Harley dealer! I miss trade and gastronomy like the blood in my body. It is high time that it comes back slowly!

Two-summit tour to Kreuzleshöhe, Ochsenkapf and WengenerEggAlpe. The large part goes over smooth gravel roads. Two short pieces - at Wegscheidl and at the Ochsenkapf I pushed my bike downhill (!) :-) On the shady parts to the Kreuzleshöhe and on the Ochsenkapf there was still snow. Nice exercise for balance ... uphill in the icy car tire track! :-) I will do the tour again when it is dry !! Thanks Karin !!

      Small run over the Buchenberg!
It does not always look like that here, but again and again. Like today ... luck ... hopefully the world will stay so beautiful!

Hike to Thaneller 2341 from Berwang 1350. Parking at the chairlift for free.It goes a few meters over the ski slope and then straight across the alpine path through forest and Latschenfelder to the back. From here, the trail is steeper - about 30 to 40% - and runs over rock and gravel. The whole back up to the summit always with great views. Complete tour T2 :-)))A very nice and varied tour. At the summit, of course, sensational views to the Plan and Lake Forggensee!

Great round to the Bschießer 2000 m and Ponten 2045 m.
Start at the parking lot of the chairlift in Schattwald. For 3 euros. Complete tour T2! Between the two peaks but felt at least 2.5 :-)
It goes straight from the beginning steeply over an alpine path. Past the "Untere Stuibenalpe" to the "Obere Stuibenalpe" and then on through a mountain pine and through a steep gravel field to the Bschießer summit. On the ridge to Ponten over, you have a glimpse into the Ostrachtal and into the Tannheimertal. To the surrounding peaks anyway ... thumb, high bird, Einstein etc .. A wonderful area there. The descent goes through the Ostrinne, in the upper area again by gravel and Latschenfelder. Chamois !! ... then past the "Mittlere Stuibenalpe" accompanied by two donkeys into the valley :-)

      Round to Heidenkopf and Siplingerkopf!
Parking directly along the street ... 5 Euro fee.
At the start it is 1.7 km on asphalt ... almost to the "Upper Balderschwanger Alpe"! Then a piece of gravel and up to the ridge then runs a meadow path, which was quite marshy because of the rain at night.
The ridge path is more demanding than expected. Only a small part is displayed on Komoot with T3, from the branch Siplingerkopf direction Heidenkopf! But this whole piece came to me :-) ... several (!) Kraxelstellen are secured on this part with steel cable. Because it was so slippery we had to be very careful!A nice tour with great views z. B. to Nagelfluhkette in the immediate vicinity!

From Vilsalpsee to Schochenspitze ... great round!
Start at the parking Vilsalpsee, 7 Euro fee. From 10 to 17 o'clock no access! Alternative: park in Tannheim and go by bus or on foot :-)
The path is only a bit on asphalt towards Tannheim. Then up the alpine path through the forest ... almost to the Gappenfeldalpe. From the Gappenfeldscharte, Hammer prospect ... z. B. to Zugspitze !! Shortly after the Schochengipfel you can see the lakes! The descent from the Landsberger Hütte goes in the area of the "wall" over a steep, narrow and in our case slightly slippery rock stone path. In that case, the steel cable is quite comfortable. Very nice tour !! ... a lot going on at the weekend :-)
