Maple Leaf Cemetery is a British military cemetery with fallen soldiers from the First World War, located in the Belgian village of Nieuwkerke, a sub-municipality of Heuvelland. The cemetery is located near the border with France, about 2.9 km south of the Nieuwkerke market. It was designed by George Goldsmith and is maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. The elongated site is approximately 1,085 m² in size and is surrounded by a brick wall and a hedge. The open entrance is in the southwest corner where the Cross of Sacrifice is also located. 176 soldiers are buried there.
