Shortly after the war, on August 22, 1945, the Wrocław Municipal Gasworks was opened there. At the turn of the 1980s and 1990s, there was a kindergarten No. 9 here. Then the building became the property of the Autogiełda portal, and now there are office spaces of several companies here.
