    Road cycling

The views from the Mirador are well worth it, but the last section before arriving has very steep ramps and bad asphalt.

The Roque de los Muchachos is located at an altitude of 2,400 meters (the highest point on the island) and near the top is the Space Observatory that has one of the most powerful telescopes in the world.

This is the climbing section to Roque de los Muchachos, from the turnoff on the main road. It goes beautifully through the pine forests, as soon as the vegetation becomes sparse, the star observatories can already be seen. There it goes right into the final steep section, which is also a bit worse due to the road conditions. Once at the top, it was really worth the effort.
