In the remote hamlet of Salvatierra, north of Santo Domingo, there is this dragon tree grove.
The dragon trees are located in an idyllic little barranco. The peace and quiet is indescribable, the road from Santo Domingo here is wonderful.
In spring, when everything is green, this secluded area is one of the most beautiful on the island for me.
