Designed by the occasional duo Rik van Dolderen and Marc Hendriks and placed in 1986.The idea is that the openwork "tower" and the transparent "house" offer an unexpected view of the Gaasperplas because they make a cut-out of it and put it in a frame.“A meeting place where people can watch and stay”.
