The Danish coast was expanded by the German Wehrmacht into part of the Atlantic Wall: 7,000 bunkers in Denmark alone, 243 larger ones and 518 small ones in the area around Nymindegab. Many were blown up, some were concreted over, some slid diagonally down the cliffs into the water... In a certain area, almost every dune hill turned out to be a bunker! Some were accessible, others were sealed. Graffiti on many walls, and the last question that came to mind was: Was Banksy here?
