The mill has existed as a fulling mill for fulling leather since around 1841.
In 1919 the mill was still used as a bone mill. The local farmers brought bones and rapeseed and took fertilizer and oil back with them. Source: langenwolmsdorf.de/geschichte/muehlen
Since 1995 the former mill has been run by the current owner as a restaurant all year round. Opening hours: Wednesday to Friday 11 am to 4 pm, Saturday and Sunday 11 am to 8 pm.
