Hiking
Landeck goes back to the founding of Walter I von Geroldseck between 1250-1260. It consists of two castles (Ganerbenburg), the upper and lower castle. The latter is the younger. At the end of the 13th two feuds were fought against Landeck. The besiegers of the Landeck built the siege castle Schadelandeck on the other side of the valley.
