The building is from the French colonial area and was home to a businessman. It blends french and asian architectural elements - and also has Saigon's first elevator, though not in use anymore. The museum shows sculptures and paintings from various artists. Photography inside is allowed - and many, mostly young, people make use of it, posing for photos in the mansion itself.
