Ruins of the former St. Johann parish church of the lost village of Oberlinden I11.-13. century).
It was called "Oberkirche" and gave its name to the Oberkirch noble family who lived nearby. In 1570, under the influence of the Oberkirch family, it became the parish church of the Obernai evangelical community. It has been in ruins since the French Revolution.
The Oberehnheim humanist, theologian and opponent of reform Thomas Murner (1475-1537) was pastor of this church.translated by
