The observation tower is located in Braunschweig and is always open to visitors. The route up to the tower is very easy. The view from the top of the tower isn't that nice, but not too bad either (because the tower is quite small). There is also a lot to do in the park next door. It should be noted that there is a great deal of broken glass next to the tower.
