Tips
Single Track that leads from M.Dego to the Foppiano Refuge looks very nice but unfortunately it is covered with a very high layer of leaves which makes the path not very visible with the risk of stones and branches. The refuge deserves for a stop and lunch

Done in the North -> South direction with a tandem mountain bike loaded with luggage. We were not able to ride much due to heavy rain and mud. However, with a mountain bike and good tires, almost everything can be done on the bike. We really recommend this section!
