Often busier than other stops as its where many of the guided tours prebook their stop either ascending or descending this was true to form when we stopped here due to the light having disappeared.

Eating at one of the hotels we were offered the dining room or a tent out the back - we opted for the tent despite wanting an early start the dining spaces are where the family often sleep (and the fire is).
