Hiking

This two kilometer stretch is very demanding, both up and down. The trail is narrow, rocky and very steep, so it is advisable to use trekking poles. It follows the course of the Ruf de Udai River, so you can cool off from time to time.

Hiking

We climbed up from Mazzin on trail 580 through the Udai Valley to visit the beautiful Lake Antermoia. There is no rest stop in the Udai Valley and I recommend packing plenty of drinking supplies. The way is long and demanding. Up to the lake there are about 1300 meters of altitude to overcome.
