Don't take the E-minibus. It's unworthy and overpriced. Just walk along the river from the bus terminal and enjoy the scenes.

The Blue Moon Valley 蓝月谷 is next to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and famous for its almost unreal blue water. The river is fed from the snow of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
In The Valley the river forms a series of lakes with stunning azure colored water. There is path going along the rivers and lakes, offering ample opportunity for great photos.
The Blue Moon Valley is accessible by shuttle bus only, departing from the same tourist center as Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and YunShanPing Meadow. I recommend to walk along the lakes, and combine it with a visit to the meadow (using the ropeway).
