    Hiking

Exilles is a small village in the Val di Susa. During the winter the inhabitants can be counted on the fingers of the hands, but in the summer it is particularly alive thanks to the arrival of the holidaymakers. In the warm months it is not difficult to come across groups of children and teenagers playing football along Via Roma or inviting passers-by to evening performances. There is still an air of the past.
Furthermore, on a promontory not far from the town center there is a majestic fort, whose foundations date back to the twelfth century.

Village with a closed townscape and the austere charm of the Savoy mountain settlements. Like many places badly affected by the migration, from 1960 to 2000 the number of inhabitants fell from about 2,500 to only about 300. But there is a bar, a pizzeria and places to stay.
