From the former city fortifications with their former four gates and fourteen towers, only the lower gate and five towers have been preserved. The Roßmarktturm is one of them. Here you can also find the remains of the former city wall. In the extension of this is the witch tower. The Roßmarktturm is somewhat hidden near the kindergarten.
