The historic neo-Gothic Florkiewiczów Palace with its park → according to zabytek.pl, “the complex is considered one of the most interesting examples of mystification in 19th-century Polish art.”
The idea was that the bourgeois Florkiewicz family wanted to add an ancient, noble origin for themselves, and the palace was supposed to be proof of this lineage.
Currently, there is an “eternal renovation” under the supervision of AGH, the new owner of the palace and park complex, so the palace and park are only visible from the road.
