Vejby Church is a pilgrimage church dedicated to St. Villads. The church was probably built in the 13th century by the monks of Borglum Abbey at St Villad's source, which was believed to be miraculous. Both the chancel and the nave are Romanesque, but later the outer walls were replaced and the window openings enlarged in the Gothic style. After the Reformation, the pulpit even got its own window.
