The Crucifixion Group on Scheuerberg is a historical monument dating back to 1751. It was erected by Johann Mendel Vogt and his wife Elisabetha. This impressive sandstone group marks the end of a small Stations of the Cross and is located on the ascent to Scheuerberg.

The Crucifixion Group consists of a metal cross, which replaced a weathered wooden cross in 1895, and accompanying sandstone figures. The figures were created by Johann Matthäus Zartmann, while the body of Christ was created by his grandson Wilhelm Zartmann. Mary's hands are cast after those of Emilie Zartmann.
