The Liebenwalde Fire Brigade Museum celebrated its opening on August 18, 2012
as part of the 130th anniversary of the Liebenwalde volunteer fire brigade.
In our museum, our visitors experience the 130-year history of the Liebenwald fire department up close.
The depiction of firefighting and its development over the past decades is illustrated and made understandable with our exhibits.
The exhibits can be viewed on 600 m² of exhibition space.

Cycling
The fire brigade museum can be found directly in Liebenwalde on Berliner Straße. There you can find fire fighting equipment from the past to the present. It is open from April to October. Monday - Saturday: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. And definitely worth a visit if you're interested in the history of rescue services.
