Been told by ranger this will be closed soon coz they are going to tarmac it. But there is a new Uphill trail to the left hand side at the exit from Buzzard wood

Mountain biking

Fairly steep gravel climb up to the start of both downhill runs, Buzzard Banger/Fort Elbow to the left and Diggers Downhill to the right (slightly higher up). There is a new, smoother gravel alternative route up, used by walkers, alongside.

long uphill climb to get you going before your get to the down hill runs at the top (worth the climb) it is loose gravel/stones all the way up so take precaution on your way up
