The Donnerburg Bridge is a historic vaulted bridge near Klein Denkte in the district of Wolfenbüttel, which spans the Altenau, a tributary of the Oker. First mention of a bridge at this location dates back to the year 1385. The existing bridge was built in 1708 and decommissioned in 1961. It is one of the oldest vault bridges in Lower Saxony.Source: Wikipedia

At the Donnerburg Bridge is a nice rest area with benches and a table. Opposite is a paved car park. Good if you start a bike tour there.
