St. Francis Church

Consecrated between 1260 and 1280, the Saint-François church in Lausanne is offering a series of events from January 15, 2022 to December 2022 to mark its 750th anniversary: concerts, visits, conferences, creations, worship services and times of exchange are on the program.
The legacy of Saint Francis of Assisi is still very present in Lausanne. On the occasion of the 750th anniversary of the consecration of the church built by the Franciscans in Lausanne, the spirit of the "Poverello" continues to delight a wide audience. The faithful, of course, but also the many people attracted by the heritage and the cultural aspect of the place.
