The 'Lost Logoon' was originally part of the port. The body of water was separated by road construction in 1916 and developed into a lagoon. Today the lake is home to many species of birds, turtles and other wildlife.

The promenade is long and ideal for runners, bicycles and walkers. With time you can complete the entire route without disturbing car encounters. You touch the entire city area from the harbor to Stanley Park and Granville Island to Olympic Village.
