    Mammutmarsch Berlin 55KM 2025

Na das war ja wieder was! Super organisiert. Die Route allerdings nicht so schön. Nervig waren, in einigen Abschnitten, die vielen Entgegenkommer. Da gerät man irgendwie aus dem "Flow". Verpflegung absolut top! Was hier geboten wird, da kann kein anderer Lauf mithalten. Die letzten 3 Stunden im Regen- naja. Ist halt so und gehört dazu - einfach durchziehen.

Well, that was something! Superbly organized. The route, however, wasn't so great. The many oncoming runners were annoying in some sections. It kind of threw you off your rhythm. The food and drink were absolutely top-notch! No other race can compete with what's offered here. The last three hours in

What weather! Let's hope it's the same in two weeks. It's wonderful to walk around Woltersdorf. The forests are quiet, and at the Kalksee, you can walk past old ruins, the open-cast mine, and a beautiful shore.

The hill leads up to Kranichsberg with its observation tower. Before that, however, there's

Let's continue. Today, in beautiful, sunny autumn weather, we're still on the RE1 towards Bad Belzig. Through dense forests and over impressive 180-meter hills, which repeatedly offer views over the wide countryside. A detour to Rabenstein Castle ensues. The many climbs make your legs heavy, but there

A short, quick ride to Lutherstadt. To Golssen, I took the ODEG. Then it was an 8km ride through the forest, including the Brandenburg Sandbüchse (sandbox). Quite annoying; at times, I had to push. Then the rest of the way was on the Flämingskate and Elberadweg (Elbe Cycle Path). The Flämingskate is

4 weeks left;-) strange that there is almost a 3km difference between Samsung and komoot.

A beautiful tour, especially the second part. The first few kilometers are along the side of the road, but at least along the sea. You could also do that by bus, but we didn't want to. After Bel Ombre, the route goes up the hill; from here on, the path is signposted. At the ticket booth, you pay the

A short walk along Beau Vallon. There's not much going on here. On a few days, there were longer election rallies here, which were quite interesting, and where the potential new president even made an appearance. Otherwise, it's a sleepy little town with a small market, bars and restaurants, and a great

Anse Lazio is easily accessible by bus, bike, or on foot. Probably, and once again, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Flat, fine, white sand, and plenty of space. Behind the beach are several bars and restaurants, as well as a parking lot (fee required). Of course, you have to climb another

From the Black Parrot Hotel, simply follow the road along the sea. At low tide, you can even walk on the beach. Countless rays with sharp spines swim in the shallow water, so you have to be a bit careful. Just before Grand Anse, turn right onto Valle de Mai Road and then the road climbs steadily to the

Today we cycled again to Grand Anse. Up a small hill and down, and we're already at our destination. The beach is dreamy and almost empty. We refreshed ourselves at the beach bar (two beers, by the way, were "only" €20 ;-). Juices are cheaper. Of course, we brought water. The next beach is reached after
