Gaggle of Geese Camp site. Stayed overnight- really welcoming on arrival. Fine pitch and nice food. COVID visit so things not like they could be but well organised and doing things right. Shower excellent and enjoyed pastries baked for breakfast.
Really nice site and looks like it would be good for families. Shepherd hut accommodation as well as pitches. Also hire out camper vans.
Good quality pub food and good value - were welcoming on cycle stop pre-covid as well.
Lots of room - about 5 acres of land behind pub.
