The "Emscher" springs from the "Emscherquellhof". This was formerly used as a dirty water channel for the Ruhr area. The renaturation has now become a highlight. Here at the source is especially for the bike riders the beginning of the Emscher bike path. On the way to the Ruhr area are still beautiful moments to expect.
