Considered one of the most beautiful panoramic balconies in the region, Mount Berlinghera (1,930 m a.s.l.) is a peak of the Lepontine Alps on the western coast of Lake Como and Lake Mezzola, on the border between the Province of Como and the Province of Sondrio. With a pleasant and not too difficult walk you reach its summit, from which you can enjoy a view that literally takes your breath away.

Hiking

Just went up with a little bit of snow today, the route up from the saddle is definitely the colder, icier way that gets very little sun - used ramponcini, snow spikes. Descended back down to the Alpeggio in the sun. Spectacular views.
