The Monte Generoso is 1,700 meters high and is located at the southern end of Lake Lugano. If you plan a leisurely hike on the mountain without ascending, you can simply take the cog railway from Capolago.

The deep view and the entire view of the northern Lake Garda is breathtaking. The last meters have to be mastered on foot. The effort is quickly forgotten at the sight of this wonderful nature.

Quickly reached from the Stelvio Pass. Very nice panoramic view. The historic defenses from World War I bring variety on the very nice ridge path.
