The church of Santo Stefano is a Catholic place of worship in the Italian Gothic style in the city of Belluno; it is the seat of the parish of Saints Biagio and Stefano, inserted in the foranial convergence of Belluno.

The church, designed by Giorgio Tagliapietra from Como, was begun in 1468 to serve the homonymous village which at the time was outside the city walls. The construction was started by the friars of the Servite Order.

In 1480 the foundations of the bell tower began to be laid and during the excavations, the Roman sarcophagus of Caio Flavio Ostilio (today kept in the courtyard of Palazzo Crepadona in the city) and the remains of a Roman aqueduct were brought to light.
