A striking small fork in a total of three paths in Burgdorfer Holz.
A signpost points to its big brother, the "Big Star", about 2 km further west! There you can also find the direction of the “Little Star”.In fact, it is said that Hermann Löns often visited the hunting lodges in Burgdorfer Holz, which were located at the “Little Star” and belonged to the Hanover Hunting Club (today the Heidhof, until 1994 under the management of the Wahrendorff Anstalten!). Löns is also supposed to go for walks here
with his girlfriend Hanna Fuess!

It drives well on the paths. However, you should take good care of yourself when cycling cross-country. There are tick warning signs everywhere!
