Unfortunately, I only had time for this short tour today, but it was still fun and better than nothing. The weather was okay, but it could still be improved; it's still quite chilly, especially in the shade.

The tour took place at an average temperature of 15.1°C, with a light breeze from the southeast and bright sunshine.

We met today at the bike repair station at Peine train station, where we first spent an hour cleaning and repairing. With freshly cleaned and checked bikes we then went to Arpke for coffee

The route was passable throughout, although there were some cobblestones and muddy sections; I had no problems with the slippery roads.

The terrain was varied and consistently good to very good to ride on, even the thawed field paths were no problem today.

The landscape outside the towns was beautiful and there was still a lot to see in the towns.

The ground was very soft and muddy due to the heavy rain in the last few hours and not always easy to ride on. It was pretty slippery, but with a little caution and reduced speed it went quite well.
