Starting from the starting gate (Holzhau), you are at kilometer 48.5 of the BLOCKLINE route and the finish of Stage 6, in the beautiful, agricultural town of Hermsdorf. On warm summer days, a natural pool awaits you right next to the BLOCKLINE gate, where you can cool off and a snack bar (open weekdays). Afterwards, the next BLOCKLINE section (Stage 7) continues to Frauenstein, a distance of 12.3 km – ascent 140 m – descent 207 m. The ride through the beautiful Gimmlitz Valley – also known as the Valley of the Mills – is a real highlight.
