During the night of 13 to 14 September 2019, LP Art transported and then installed Romy, a sculpture by Xavier Veilhan, on the square in front of the Lille-Flandres train station. The work was moved from Saint-Pierre-le-Moûtier (58) to Lille on a low-loader equipped with a crane arm. This bust of a woman in "melon yellow" - made of polystyrene, fibreglass and polyester resin painted in the mass, with a stainless steel structure - now stands in a prominent place, in front of the entrance to the station. en.lpart.fr/actualites/articles/romy-sculpture-de-xavier-veihan-a-lille

In 2019 Xavier Veilhan placed the sculpture at the entrance to the Lille Flandres Train Station — a connecting point for tourists, workers, regulars and people passing through. ‘Romy’ is a monochrome bust of an enigmatic young woman, who appears to emerge from the ground. She is the perfect embodiment of a traveler —looking towards the Lille Flandres Train Station, she will welcome visitors from around the world, faithful to the Lille tradition.
