On our last tour we discovered this beautiful little "automated" farm shop. There are various meat and milk products, but also cold drinks. I highly recommend the ice cream.

In 1295 it was still called "Curtis Urlake" in a document, but later it was called "Herzoghof" until 1767.

The subsequent owners of the dukes were Emperor Charles V from 1543, his son Philip II from 1555 and then the Habsburg kings of Spain until 1700, and from 1713 the kings of Prussia, after whom the court was named "Königshof" from 1767.

The leasing of the farm as a domain property to local farmers was carried out by the Prussian War and Domain Chamber in Moers, not without the respective consent of the king in Berlin.
