During the Second World War the buildings were rented by the Spreewerk company. Pistols were made in the factory at the time, the most famous product being the Walther P38. However, parts of other weapons were also manufactured here, including parts for cannons and airplanes. Today the company ZPA Praga is the owner of the premises.
