    Mountaineering

The ridge crossing over the Rothorn and Glogghues above the Melchsee is very demanding. You move here in high alpine terrain, which I would describe as a level of difficulty T4-T5 / I. When it's wet you should definitely leave it alone. The descent from the Rothorn or in the opposite direction from the Glogghues is very exposed, absolute caution and concentration is required here. Any mistake would be fatal and probably the last. But for those who enjoy alpine hiking and climbing, it is certainly a real treat.
