Nice walk on the rushing Auer Mühlbach. The street is named after the Neudeck hunting lodge, which stood here until 1911 and served as a summer residence for the Bavarian dukes before the Nymphenburg Palace was built.

Hiking

The elongated building on the western bank of the Auer Mühlbach was built in 1902-04 on the site of the former Paulaner monastery on the site of a military hospital and prison. The building was also used as a prison during the Nazi era. From 1945 to 2009, a women's and juvenile prison was housed here.

Luxury apartments are now being built, although the citizens' association BISS would have liked to use the building for a social project. The bars on some of the windows of the renovated property remain as a reminder of the history of the house.
