Hiking

Dating back to pre-Christian times, the deities of Roman and Greek legends in particular have survived in the collective memory of people in Europe to this day. In the history of art, they have repeatedly been designed as motifs in paintings or – as here in this park – as statues.
Here we find a sculpture of DIANA, accompanied by an animal, who was best known in Roman mythology as the goddess of the hunt and the moon.
