From the parking lot north of Bremhof, on the K 94, the Lange Stein Linie or Langestein aisle leads straight up here to the state border. The altitude of this path is fairly constant at 400m. But now, in Hesse, it rises to the summit of Rauschen at 455.6 m above sea level. The path remains a little below the Rauschen with a height of 448m. Before that you have passed the Lauseiche oak and the Römerschanze.
