The Eriskircher Ried is the largest and most valuable nature reserve on the German Oberseeufer. It stretches along the shores of Lake Constance from the outskirts of Friedrichshafen to the mouth of the Schussen at Langenargen. Colorful wet meadows, the Schussen with their old water, rustic alluvial forests and the shallow water zone of Lake Constance offer many animals and plants an indispensable habitat - and you as a visitor great opportunities to experience the local nature live!
