The Congress Centrum Suhl (CCS) was built as a town hall of friendship in the mid-1970s in Suhl, Thuringia, in order to create a new town center that corresponded to socialist ideals together with the surrounding high-rise buildings and the Centrum Warenhaus of the then district capital.
