Long rectangular tanks placed in succession in front of the large fountain of Neptune, from which they collect the waters. The perfect place for a short stop that allows us to observe the thousand different ripples created by the jets of water, coming from the vases.
The name refers to the fact that freshwater fish were bred here in order to entertain guests and inhabitants of the villa with fishing and to ensure an always fresh supply of good fish products (of safe origin).
