A very beautiful road, a Königssträssle (literally "King's Road"). It's a beautiful stretch through the forest, no cars, and a magnificent mountain landscape. A fantastic road bike tour, paved throughout in places. It's better to go from Kranzegg to Burgberg; the other way around is very steep.

October 7th, 2023 There is a no-passing sign, but you can get through. The construction site section is approx. 1 km long with coarse gravel. I rode up on a gravel bike, but a racing bike is only recommended with thicker tires and very easy gears.
