The path to the Gaisalphorn is much more demanding than that to the Rubihorn. The path over the ridge is often narrow and you have to overcome a few small climbing passages. Nevertheless, this way is feasible for most people, of course with appropriate careful walking. You will be rewarded with a great view from the summit of the Gaisalphorn

The ascent is very nice, but not suitable for people who are afraid of heights. Some parts of the path are very narrow and close to the abyss. There are also via ferrata passages on the route, some of which are very steep. The route can be done without safety if you don't have a head for heights; safety options are sometimes available
